HOW IT ALL STARTED

Coldwell Banker Encore Dunn and Elam Real Estate was started by Elaine Dunn and Olivia Elam on April 27th, 1993. When both Elaine and Olivia picked up their purses and walked out of a local real estate office and went into the real estate business for themselves. They rolled up their sleeves and worked seven days a week providing first rate service. Coldwell Banker Encore Dunn and Elam's steady growth is attributable to their driving work ethic. This drive to provide good real estate service to their valued customers has placed Coldwell Banker Encore Dunn and Elam head and shoulders above competition. As the respect for Coldwell Banker Encore Dunn and Elam has grown so has the business. Becoming a hallmark of tradition and good service. This work ethic and desire to do a good job has carried over. Coldwell Banker Encore Dunn and Elam now has 3 agents, all dedicated to the same quality of service instilled in them by the founders.

In January 2000, Olivia Elam retired, Elaine has chosen to carry on the name and continue the quality of service.
